The Liberian Farmers Corporation (LFC) is a premier international nonprofit organization dedicated to the structural transformation of African agriculture. Rooted in Liberia, we operate at the intersection of grassroots empowerment and global trade. We believe that by treating farming as a sophisticated business rather than a subsistence struggle, we can unlock the continent’s true economic potential

Our Mission

To empower African farmers with the technology, financing, and global market access required to modernize the agricultural workforce and eliminate food insecurity perpetually

Our Vision

To be the catalyst for Liberia’s and Africa’s transformation into the world’s agricultural powerhouse through the Africa Food Bank and global value chain integration.

  • The Africa Food Bank: Establish a strategic reserve and distribution network to stabilize food prices and ensure year-round availability.
  • Value Chain Integration: Connect rural smallholders directly to international off takers, removing exploitative middlemen.
  • Technological Deployment: Introduce climate-smart irrigation, mechanized tools, and data-driven crop management to traditional farming communities
  • S – Stewardship: We manage natural and financial resources with integrity for future generations.
  • E – Equity: Ensuring fair market access and profit-sharing for the smallest of smallholders.
  • E – Empowerment: Providing the knowledge and tools so farmers can lead their own development.
  • D – Dignity: Elevating the status of the agricultural profession across Africa.
